MY ORDER

  • In-stock pieces are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

    Pre-ordered items can take 3–4 weeks to be dispatched from the date of purchase.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over £100 via Correos (Spain), with tracking and signature required.

    Once your order leaves Spain, it is handed over to your local courier for final delivery (e.g., Royal Mail in the UK, La Poste in France, USPS in the US).

    If you would like to use an alternative courier, such as DHL or UPS, or request special shipping arrangements, this can be organised for an additional cost. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange it.

    EU customers: no import taxes or duties.

    Non-EU countries: import taxes or duties may be charged by your local customs authorities.

  • Our studio ships directly from Spain.

    For customers in the European Union, there are no additional import duties or taxes.

    For customers outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition.

  • If you need to update your contact info or shipping address after placing an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@jakhustudio.com so we can assist you.

  • Yes! We’re happy to gift wrap your order.

MATERIAL & CARE

  • Our pieces are hand-finished without industrial tumbling or harsh chemicals, ensuring a gentle and eco-conscious approach.

    To prevent tarnishing, store your pieces in the dust bag, ideally in a non-damp area away from direct sunlight. For best results, keep them inside a sealed plastic bag.

    Tarnish will occur over time. When this happens, gently clean your jewellery with soda powder and a few drops of water to form a soft paste. Rub softly with your fingers or with atoothbrush, then rinse with water and dry thoroughly with a soft cotton cloth.

  • At Jakhu Studio, we primarily use locally sourced silver, a significant portion of which is recycled. Our Moon Drops and META capsule collections features 100% recycled silver, and we are working towards making all our silver fully recycled. We aim to minimise harmful chemicals and waste by producing small-batch, limited-edition collections.

  • Silver 925 (Sterling Silver) is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, known for its durability.

    Silver 999 is 99.9% pure silver, softer and more prone to scratches but with a higher silver content.

  • For our artisanal collections, we collaborate with family-run artisan workshops in San Jeronimo de Tunan, in the central Andes in Peru.

    Our Moon Drops pieces are made at our workshops in Lima (Peru), and META pieces are cast in London and Cadiz (Spain).
