SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our studio in Spain.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £100 via Correos (Spain / EU). If you would like to use an alternative courier (such as DHL or UPS), this can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact us before or after placing your order to discuss special shipping arrangements at studio@jakhustudio.com.

International shipping: Goods shipped outside the EU may be subject to checks by your local customs office. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Duties, taxes, or other fees applied to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order is a gift, we can include a handwritten note with your personalised message, just let us know at checkout or email us at studio@jakhustudio.com. All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES

We carry PRE-ORDER and IN STOCK pieces:

  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped upon completion, within approximately 3–4 weeks of purchase; timing may vary depending on production conditions.

Please note that availability is subject to change, and items may occasionally go out of stock.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund (£5 for returned items purchased within the EU and £10 for returned international orders)

To initiate a return, email sales@jakhustudio.com. Once we receive your item, refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Please note: Bespoke and Pre-Order goods are not eligible for a refund and/or exchange.

DAMAGE & REPAIRS

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email sales@jakhustudio.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

 

THIRD PARTY PURCHASES

If you purchased any JAKHU STUDIO jewellery from a third-party retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
