SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically on the same business day for orders placed before 12:00 UK time (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 will usually be dispatched the following business day.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail UK. If your preference is another courier, please contact us at studio@jakhustudio.com.

Free delivery on UK orders over £100.

Free delivery on International orders over £100.

Please note that goods shipped outside the UK may be subject to checks by your local customs office, and we cannot therefore guarantee the delivery date. Duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return.

Please note that the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount. £5 for returned items purchased within the UK and £10 for returned international orders.

If you wish to return an item, please contact sales@jakhustudio.com to initiate the return process. If your purchase is eligible for return, we will provide instructions for return. Once the return is received and submitted, it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to appear in your account.

Bespoke and/or made-to-order goods are not eligible for a refund and/or exchange.

DAMAGE & REPAIRS

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email sales@sjakhustudio.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES

We carry both “made-to-order” and “in stock” pieces. Made-to-order pieces are custom-produced for you when you place your order and are shipped upon completion by our artisans, within approximately 6-8 weeks of purchase.

While we aim to ship your order within the lead time stated in your order summary, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@jakhustudio.com.

THIRD PARTY PURCHASES

If you purchased any JAKHU STUDIO jewellery from a third party retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
